Using the marketplace
Provide accurate business, facility, and freight information. Keep account credentials secure and use XDockHub only for lawful business activity. Do not post freight that a provider has not agreed to handle.
Booking warehouse work
XDockHub connects customers and warehouse providers. The selected provider performs the physical services. Before accepting an offer, confirm the scope, included charges, equipment, service window, insurance, access instructions, and restrictions. Facility review is not a guarantee of service or insurance coverage.
Payments and changes
The accepted offer sets the invoice’s agreed price. Resolve changes, additional work, cancellations, and refund requests with the relevant parties and XDockHub support before proceeding. Online payments and provider verification are supported by Stripe. Payout timing follows Stripe and funds are not held in escrow pending completion.
Responsible use
Do not misuse private contact details, scrape private records, submit deceptive offers, or interfere with the service. XDockHub may restrict accounts for misuse. Availability and matching results are not guaranteed.
