XDockHub collects account and company details, facility listings, freight requests, offers, booking information, messages, and contact form submissions. These records support matching, booking, communication, and account support.
Sharing within a booking
Request and facility information is shown as needed for the marketplace workflow. Offers and message threads are limited to the relevant parties and the portal owner. Driver contact details are shared with the booked provider.
Payments and security
Stripe processes supported online payments and collects provider onboarding and bank details. XDockHub stores payment references and statuses rather than card or bank-account numbers. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and interaction information to help detect automated abuse.
Cookies and records
Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect form submissions. Application records and server logs support operations and security. Contact submissions include an address-derived hash for abuse limits.
Questions and requests
Use the contact page to ask about your information, request a correction, or discuss account deletion. Records may need to be retained to support bookings, payment reconciliation, and dispute handling.
