GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently asked questions
Answers about warehouse requests, provider approval, offers, booking, invoices, and Stripe payments on XDockHub.
Who can use XDockHub?
Brokers, drivers, owner-operators, carriers, dispatchers, and shippers can request services. Warehouse providers can list facilities and bid. A Both account supports both workflows.
Are all ZIP codes covered by warehouses?
No. ZIP data supports location matching. Actual service coverage depends on approved participating facilities and availability.
What should a request include?
A ZIP code, service, freight description, pallet count, weight, trailer type, arrival time, bid deadline, and handling requirements. Include outbound pickup time when known.
Can other warehouses see competing bids?
Offers are private to the customer, the relevant provider, and the portal owner.
How are payments handled?
XDockHub creates an invoice for a booking. Supported online payments use Stripe Checkout after the provider completes Stripe Connect setup. Test mode does not move real money.
Does XDockHub hold funds until the job is done?
No. Supported destination payments transfer the provider share to its Stripe balance. Bank payouts follow Stripe’s schedule.
How do I cancel or request a refund?
Use the booking’s cancellation option when available. Paid bookings need payment resolution first. Contact XDockHub about refund requests; refunds are managed by the portal owner.
